Chief Internal Auditor

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan approved by the Board Audit Committee

  • Report audit findings, risk exposures and recommendations to the Board Audit Committee and senior leadership

  • Work closely with external auditors, regulators (eg, IRA, KRA) and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead special investigations, including fraud, misconduct, operational lapses and recommends opportunities for improvement.
