Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including potential target companies, transaction structures, and valuations, formulate investment strategies, and conduct due diligence.
Identify and contact potential clients for inbound and outbound M&A transactions, work closely with counterparties, investment banks, and legal teams to drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation, transaction structuring, drafting contracts, and proposals for M&A transactions and business investment opportunities
Understand industry trends and competitive landscapes, and provide data-driven insights for investment decisions.
Collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement investment strategies and ensure the achievement of team goals.
