The successful candidate will serve as a strategic legal partner, advising on a wide range of commercial, IP, corporate, regulatory, and government contracting matters. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day legal issues, providing legal support for government contracting activities, and advising on complex legal matters related to the company's operations. The Deputy General Counsel will also be involved in shaping the legal function, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with national security and regulatory requirements.
