What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Captain in the overall management and operation of the vessel
2. Oversee the loading, stowage, securing, care during the voyage, and unloading of cargoes and stores
3. Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
4. Manage and supervise the deck crew, including the allocation of duties and performance monitoring
