Skills and Qualifications:

• Holder of valid Chief Mate License
• Has complied with the training, and the holder of appropriate certificates and license required by the national and international standards
• Must have at least 24 months sea service experience as Chief officer on board worldwide trading vessels
• Must have at least 2 years' experience on the same type of vessel he will be assigned.
