Chief Mechanic

The Chief Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all vehicles, machinery, and equipment within Mastercrete Solutions Inc. This role ensures that all mechanical operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The Chief Mechanic also supervises a team of mechanics and provides technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year vocational course (Automotive) or equivalent
• With NCII certification
• Valid professional driver's license (123 restrictions)
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment
• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot & assemble Heavy Equipment units (dump truck, trailer, payloader, excavator, etc.)
• Experience in construction, mining, or earth-moving projects is preferred
