Chief Mechanic

Qualifications:

1. Experienced as a Diesel Mechanic or Chief Mechanic (minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or senior role).

2. Extensive knowledge of truck and heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., Isuzu, Fuso, Hino, etc.).

3. Able to read and understand technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

4. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

5. Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedules as needed.

6. TESDA certification or equivalent qualifications is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repair of diesel trucks and heavy equipment.

2. Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues.

3. Maintain maintenance records and parts inventory.
