JOB SUMMARY
Writes repair orders, scheduling vehicles for repairs and preventative maintenance program. Performs mechanical and electrical work, tune-ups, engine overhauls, repairs and replaces clutches, brakes, etc. Orders vehicle parts in conjunction with the supervisor. Maintains updated records and reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintains and recommends preventive maintenance program of equipment fleet.
• Can diagnose equipment breakdown, troubleshoot issues and recommend practical, cost-efficient solutions and actions.
• Coordinates with mechanics, electricians and service providers on repairs and maintenance schedule based on priority of use.
• Should work with admin department when necessary to help complete same tasks.
• Develop a work schedule for maintenance personnel.
• Monitors company-owned tools and equipment used by employees and third parties.
