Chief Mechanic

• Supervise and manage the mechanics and maintenance team
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and ensure timely repairs
• Ensure all machinery, vehicles, or equipment operate safely and efficiently
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
• Enforce safety regulations and company maintenance standards
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management teams
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
• Train and mentor mechanics and technicians
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations
