Job Description

The Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO) to lead the evolution of the mental health services across our organization.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this newly established executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy, influence system‑level outcomes, and elevate mental health care for workers and workplaces.

The CMHO provides senior clinical and operational leadership, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑informed mental health practices that align with organizational priorities and the SWCB’s mandate. This role is pivotal in advancing mental health outcomes for workers, strengthening partnerships with care providers, and supporting internal employee mental health strategies.
