**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a strategic leader and champion of The BAYADA Way, uniting clinical and support teams through an enterprise-wide shared governance framework to uphold exceptional, client-centered care. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, the CNO collaborates with practice leaders, business partners, and structures like the Clinical Council, dyads, and triads to ensure BAYADA’s highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation across all service lines. This role is responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Management Committee, driving high performance improvement, high-reliability practices, and advancements in safety, infection prevention, and client experience.
