This is a regional position preferred to be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is designed to support and drive the execution of strategic priorities and organizational excellence aligned with AstraZeneca’s Ambition 2030. This role acts as a trusted advisor to the Area VP and the Latam Leadership Team, supporting key decision-making and enabling the effective execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the markets to ensure flawless execution. Beyond strategic planning, the Chief of Staff ensures strong governance over Area initiatives, optimizes executive-level communications, and fosters effective cross-functional collaboration within the Latam Leadership Team.
