Job DescriptionAs a strategic partner to the Head of DCCBG, you will oversee the operational and strategic initiatives.
1.Strategic Initiatives: Lead critical, cross-functional tactical projects, including AOP Planning, Goal Setting, Price Increase Initiatives, ACSS Corrective Actions, and Employee Survey improvements.
2.Strategic Architecture: Lead the end-to-end creation of executive presentations, ensuring a cohesive strategy across Datacenter, IOT, Computing, and Scaler units. Not just making slides, but structuring logic to influence high-level decisions.
3.Distill & Communicate: Distill large volumes of complex business and technical data into clear, actionable insights. Craft high-impact narratives for OMM, EMT, GM+ reviews, quarterly earning calls, sales conference and external speeches that align with corporate expectations.
