Chief of Staff

For one of our clients who is a FINMA-regulated Swiss investment firm at the intersection of wealth management and private markets technology we're looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as their operational backbone — someone who can translate vision into action, build infrastructure from scratch, and drive the firm forward across all business lines. They move fast, solve hard problems, and need someone who can keep pace.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning operations across the entire firm. Day-to-day, this means driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, building and documenting scalable processes, defining KPIs and reporting frameworks, and overseeing board and management meeting preparation.
