Job Description
Role Overview This role reports to the Founder and works closely with the Global CHRO to advance the strategic planning and operational execution of key HR initiatives across the organization. The role participates in HR system optimization and in-depth Organizational Development transformation, establishes cross-border collaboration mechanisms, and supports the company's global business expansion and organizational capability enhancement.
Work Location: Shanghai or Singapore
Key Responsibilities I. Strategic Alignment and Implementation Participate in the company's global strategic planning, collaborate closely with Country HR Heads, provide professional insights from an HR perspective, decompose the company's strategy into actionable HR and organizational objectives, and develop supporting implementation pathways.
