What You'll Do (core Responsibilities)
Run the company operating cadence
Build and manage weekly priorities, KPI tracking, and follow-up discipline
Create lightweight systems: meeting agendas, decision logs, action items, owners, deadlines
Keep teams aligned and execution moving without things slipping through cracks
