Chief of Staff

Responsible for overseeing knowledge management (KM) systems and leading data-driven strategies to support organizational goals. This role ensures that information, processes, and data are well-organized, accurate, and accessible to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

The position works closely with leadership to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, improve internal systems, and implement best practices in documentation and information sharing. The Chief of Staff also supports strategic planning, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures alignment between departments through effective coordination and communication.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
