The Opportunity
You take ambiguous problems, break them down, and drive them to completion, whether that's investor updates, cross-team coordination, hiring pipelines, or strategic projects that don't have an obvious owner.

What You'll Do

• Own the rhythm of the business: planning cycles, townhalls, leadership syncs
• Run high-priority projects end-to-end (not just coordinate—execute)
• Be the first filter on decisions, information, and requests hitting the CEO
• Fill gaps across the org before they become fires
