Chief of Staff

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to the International President who will play a critical role in driving three strategic business pillars: International AMI Expansion, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Solid State Transformer (SST) Joint Lab Program.

Key Responsibilities

BESS Commercial Program

• Build and manage BESS commercial opportunities and pilot programs.
• Drive customer engagement, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Own board reporting, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate research and commercial workstreams with industry and academic partners.
• Support grant applications, consortium building, and milestone management.
• Drive execution across all stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
