Job Description
As the Chief of Staff to the Founder’s, you will be the trusted strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO of a rapidly scaling healthtech company redefining diabetes care through AI, continuous data monitoring, and personalized interventions. From Day 1, you will drive immediate impact by streamlining high-priority initiatives, synthesizing insights across functions, and ensuring the Founder's time is laser-focused on vision and growth.
This is a high-visibility role with organization-wide influence, bridging our AI/Technology roadmap with clinical outcomes and commercial execution. You'll thrive in ambiguity, translating complex strategies into actionable results while fostering alignment in a hyper-growth environment.
