Build and scale Flint’s end-to-end talent acquisition engine

Design repeatable sourcing, screening, and hiring systems

Lead workforce planning alongside leadership

People Operations & Compliance

Build and manage core HR processes, policies, and onboarding

Own corporate compliance across entities and jurisdictions

Maintain governance and internal controls
