Chief Officer (C/o) Tanker - Chemical

Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a chemical tanker trading worldwide. You will be a key leader onboard, supporting the Master in safe and efficient vessel operations.
- **Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee deck department and daily deck operations
- Plan and supervise cargo loading, discharging and tank cleaning
- Ensure safe handling of chemical cargoes and compliance with procedures
- Monitor stability, ballast operations and cargo documentation
- Lead and train deck crew, promoting a strong safety culture
- Manage navigational watch and bridge operations as required
- **Requirements**:
- Valid Chief Officer license (unlimited)
- Recent experience on chemical tankers in rank or as 2/O ready to step up
- Valid STCW certificates and tanker/chemical endorsements
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety mindset and proven leadership onboard
