Job Description

We are looking for a Working Chief Engineer to complete our refrigeration/building/mhe maintenance team located in our Mississauga’s Warehouse, near toPearson International Airport.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift , NOT ROTATIVE

Salary Range: $45-50

Type: Existing Vacancy.

• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, Chief Engineer will have the following main responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, air compressors, fire& safety auxiliaries and other plant utilities.
• Ensure compliance with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) Act and all applicable codes.
• Respond to emergency requests.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on the warehouse equipments.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, standards, and regulations in place at the warehouse (OHSA, BRCGC standards, HACCP, etc.).
