We are a mission-driven U.S. immigration law firm dedicated to protecting immigrant families and preventing unjust removals. We are entering our next phase of growth: scaling from 40 to 100+ employees. To support this, we need a highly experienced, second-in-command executive to lead our firm-wide operations.
The Role:
You will partner directly with the Founder. The Founder owns the vision and strategy;
you own the execution.
(Note: This is a true executive leadership role with authority and accountability, not an office manager position).
