Operational Strategy - Design and implement operational frameworks to support hedge fund activities across Master, Offshore, and Onshore funds.
Risk Management Oversight - Ensure robust risk controls aligned with the firm's emphasis on stable, long-term returns and regulatory compliance.
Fund Operations Management - Oversee trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation processes for long and short positions.
Regulatory Compliance - Maintain adherence to SFC and international regulations, including reporting and audit requirements.
Technology & Infrastructure - Optimize portfolio management systems and operational technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Performance Monitoring - Establish KPIs for operational efficiency, fund performance support, and client service standards.
Financial Planning - Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, cost control, and operational forecasting for AUM growth.
