Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a large group of electronics design & manufacturing company. This position will report to the CEO and lead the group’s global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, & Customer Services (20,000+ employees). Ability to conduct long & frequent business travels (70%+ of the time) or relocation to other cities will be required.

Major Responsibilities:
• Work with CEO and the leadership team in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
