Job Description

1. Take full responsibility for the overall daily operations of the Thailand branch, formulate and implement localized operational plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy, ensuring stable business growth and achievement of operational targets.
2. Establish and continuously optimize operational management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve organizational efficiency, cross-department collaboration, and effective response to operational contingencies.
3. Oversee consulting business operations, including investment consulting and corporate services (e.g., BOI applications, company registration, and compliance services), ensuring project execution and quality control.
