Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Animation, or a related field (A master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.)
- 10+ years of experience in a senior management role, with a strong track record in operations, preferably within the animation or visual effects industry.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, production processes, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders at all levels.
