Job Description

Reporting directly to Group leadership, the COO will have full accountability for plant operations and will act as the architect of operational excellence across the organisation. Key challenges and priorities include:
Leading a large industrial site with a workforce of +1100 employees, with further headcount growth planned
Driving world-class manufacturing standards across production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and HSE
Elevating export-grade quality, consistency, and compliance to meet demanding international markets
Introducing stronger operational governance, KPIs, and performance discipline
Optimising complex industrial processes and improving productivity at scale
Preparing the platform for capacity expansion and long-term industrial scalability
Acting as a trusted operational partner to shareholders and senior stakeholders
