About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead end-to-end business execution and operational performance across our Prescription Lenses business, manufacturing plants, supply chain, and Imports & Exports (EXIM).
Reporting to the Director, the COO will translate business strategy into consistent, measurable results with accountability for operational performance, cost competitiveness, quality, delivery, and organizational capability.
The role requires a hands-on, execution-driven leader capable of building scalable systems, strong governance, and operational discipline across multiple plants.
