Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels
• Integrate sales, procurement, and logistics processes for seamless project delivery
• Establish SOPs, workflows, and operational KPIs
• Monitor inventory, supply chain performance, and delivery timelines
• Lead and develop operations teams and department managers

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in construction materials / trading / distribution industry
