Position

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are working with a new and exciting automotive client to add a Chief Operating Officer to their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The ideal candidate will have experience at the Director level in operations within an automotive manufacturing environment or a similar multi-stage manufacturing setting.

The COO will support division heads in achieving strategic goals aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the CEO in operational duties
• Owning the P&L
• Driving Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP)
• Identifying cost savings and incentive opportunities
• Enhancing financial performance
