Butter & Crust is a fast-growth weekend breakfast subscription. We deliver freshly baked goods to customers’ doorsteps every weekend and we’re hiring a hands-on COO to run and scale the operation.

You’ll own delivery, packing, customer service , lead the ops team, and drive continuous improvement. We run lean, so you’ll also build better workflows and internal tools (Airtable-heavy) to reduce errors, lower delivery costs, and keep quality high as we grow. ⚙️
