The Role:
Build the operational backbone for a 3-country healthcare company. You'll design org structure, implement manager training, fix sales-CS handoff, unify payroll/HRIS, and set up the company to scale to 500+ people.
You'll Own: Organisational design for 3-market operations (Malaysia HQ, SG/ID satellites) Manager training and accountability (60% of problems are bad management) Sales-CS alignment (define roles, metrics, handoff process) Payroll and HRIS consolidation across 3 countries with different employment laws Retention strategy and career pathing Succession planning for founder Performance metrics dashboard and weekly ops reviews
