Business Operations Leadership

This position oversees a manufacturing business unit, driving operational excellence and profitability through effective leadership of mechanical, electrical, technical, IR, SHEQ and training functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business & production plans to achieve optimal results. Key performance indicators include financial management of the full portfolio – budgets, cost control, profitability and capital expenditure. 

• Fully owned operations with direct responsibility for leading teams across various departments such as mechanical engineering services , IT MIS information systems procurement etc.
• Critical thinking skillset required including excellent communication skills written verbal both within senior level managers stakeholders outside organization
