  • Translate the CEO’s vision and strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead the implementation and accountability of company-wide quarterly objectives (Rocks), KPIs (Scorecard), and meeting routines, including weekly leadership meetings and quarterly strategy reviews.
