Chief Operations Officer

Job Purpose

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance, discipline, and execution of the organisation, with direct accountability for Production and Warehousing, and executive oversight of all supporting operational functions including Logistics & Distribution, Facilities Management, Security, and Operational Services.

The COO ensures that operations are safe, efficient, cost-effective, compliant, customer-aligned, and scalable, translating company strategy into measurable operational outcomes. This role leads to the design and execution of operational systems, controls, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive service excellence, productivity, margin improvement, and sustainable growth.
