Join OSM Thome as our Chief Pastry Chef onboard a passenger cruise ship, and bring your culinary creativity to a worldwide audience!
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the pastry department
- Design new dessert menus and pastries
- Maintain high standards of pastry quality and presentation
- Train and supervise pastry team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in high-volume pastry production
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts
- Experience working on cruise ships is a plus
- Flexibility to work worldwide and adapt to diverse team environments
