Cooltra is looking for its new Chief People & Culture Officer to lead the global people strategy at a fast-growing sustainable mobility company. If you are passionate about people, have a strategic mindset, and bring solid experience in international environments, we would love to meet you!
What will you do?
Design and execution of the people strategy at national and international level
Management of a cross-functional HR team (6–8 people) at national and international level
Strategic partnership with the CEO and C-Level as senior HR business partner
Definition, implementation and ongoing update of HR policies and procedures
