The Role:
Fix the retention crisis and build the people function for 4-country scale. You'll design compensation framework, build manager training, create career paths, design ESOP strategy, and set up the company to scale to double it's current size.
You'll Own: Compensation audit and levelling framework (fix pay disparities) Manager training program (improve manager quality across 4 countries) Career pathing (engineer, operator, specialist tracks) Performance management and culture system ESOP design and allocation strategy for next funding Employment law compliance across 4 countries Executive coaching for founder and top leaders Hiring permanent CHRO (transition planning)
