Job Description
In this position you will have the responsibility for implementing Business Process Management (BPM) best practices across Grundfos so that we raise the organizational maturity towards “Process Excellence” across all divisions, functions and regions.
You will lead the implementation of a robust BPM framework within the organisation by establishing the standardise-maintain-improve (SMI) cycle. You will drive process standardisation, support process improvement teams, and enable scalability of BPM practices across the organisation.

+ Ensure the Grundfos System Map is complete, updated and approved, in close collaboration with the process domain (L2) owners.
