Job Description
As the CPTO, you will build a global Product & Technology organisation designed for scale, mentor leaders to operate with ownership, speed, and cross‑functional alignment & act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on scaling priorities.Key responsibilities:
Set a clear product vision and roadmap built for rapid global scale.
Architect and evolve a scalable, global‑ready, API‑first SaaS platform.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security as user and data volumes grow.
Simplify and modularise the platform to support faster builds and integrations.
