Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer
Construction Safety Training (OSH/NEBOSH or equivalent)
Master's in Dam, Geotechnical, or Hydraulic Engineering
PMP or Project Management certification
FIDIC certification
Dam safety or tunnelling training
Minimum 10 years in civil construction
At least 10 years in dam or hydropower projects
Experience as Resident Engineer/Deputy on major projects
Experience in tunnels, cofferdams, diversion, spillways, foundations
Experience managing large contractors
Experience on donor-funded or international projects preferred
FIDIC contract knowledge
BIM/digital construction tools
Environmental safeguards
Claims management
