Chief Resident Engineer

Reports to: Project Manager

Direct Reports: Deputy CRE, Senior Civil Resident Engineer (Dams & Spillway), Senior Resident Geologist, Senior Civil resident Engineer (Powerhouse & Structures), Senior Civil Resident Engineer (Infra & Roads), Senior Civil Resident Engineer (Resettlement), Senior Mechanical Resident Engineer, Senior Electrical Resident Engineer, Senior Resident Engineer (Regulatory), Resident Engineer (QA/QC), Resident Contract Engineer, Resident Scheduler, Senior Commissioning Resident Engineer, Senior Surveyor and Administration staff.

Chief Resident Engineer’s Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a site-based team numbering over 90 who supervise the three contract packages (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical & Resettlement) to ensure the contracts are complied with.
