Chief Resident Enginer

Job Description

• Minimum 15–20 years total engineering experience
• Minimum 10 years working specifically on dam and hydropower construction projects
• Experience supervising contractors and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with HSE compliance, quality assurance, and risk management
• Preferably has worked with international consultants, EPC contractors, or donor-funded projects
• Strong background in dam engineering, hydrology, structural engineering, and geotechnical concepts
• Experienced in construction supervision, method statement review, and ITP approval
• Skilled in monitoring work progress, schedule management, and resolving technical issues
• Demonstrated capability to lead large site team
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent technical report writing and documentation abilities
