The Role:
Design and execute the revenue playbook to triple the revenue in 18 months. You'll fix marketing spend, design sales expansion strategy, build the team, and architect unit economics.
You'll Own: Revenue strategy and unit economics modelling Marketing spend audit and channel optimisation (fix the 2% ROAS problem) Sales expansion playbook (who owns what, commission structure, quota) Hiring VP Sales and CMO (write JDs, interview, support placement) Customer expansion strategy (upsells, repeat purchase, AOV growth) Competitive positioning and messaging Board reporting and investor relations What We Need: 10+ years building enterprise or marketplace revenue orgs Track record scaling companies from Deep expertise in unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and channel mix Comfort with marketplace dynamics (balancing buyer and seller econo...
