Job Description
Lead enterprise HRTech consulting and services sales across the Singapore market, driving large transformation deals ranging from SGD 2M-10M+ TCV. The role requires a consultative leader who can originate opportunities, manage CXO relationships, structure complex deals involving licenses, implementation and AMS, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic business development and enterprise sales within the HR Tech services market
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across CHRO, CIO, CFO and business leadership functions
Identify, shape and close complex transformation deals involving consulting, software licensing, implementation and managed services
Collaborate with ecosystem partners including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow
