Chief Risk Officer

This position reports directly to the Country President and functionally reports to the APAC CRO, Chubb Samaggi Board Risk Committee (“BRC”) and ACE INA Branch Risk Management Committee.

The role of the Chief Risk Officer, in summary, is responsible for managing the Company’s risk management framework and program. The Chief Risk Officer is also responsible for ensuring Management, Staff and the Board of Directors are aware of their responsibilities in identifying risks that could impact the Company’s strategic objectives and for identifying and implementing mitigating controls. In addition, the Chief Risk Officer is responsible for the Company’s business continuity management program to ensure that the risk of business disruption is minimized
