Chief Risk Officer - Energy & Commodities

Role Overview

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Energy & Commodities will serve as a strategic partner to the Division’s leadership, embedding risk management into both long-term planning and day-to-day decision-making. This senior leader will provide oversight of all risk-related matters across the Division, ensuring alignment with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) while maintaining a proactive stance on emerging risks, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite. Acting as a trusted advisor, the CRO will drive the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks across trading, operational, regulatory, and change management activities, while leading Division-level governance forums and contributing to global risk committees.
