Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of scientific innovation strategy, capability build up and resource allocation and prioritization, go/no-go decisions, and bottleneck resolution for high-value programs to accelerate discovery program progression. Manage the discovery program portfolio including problem solving and troubleshooting per partner's needs.
Partner with BD to expand and advance global pharma partnerships by showcasing the company's scientific strengths.
Build scientific reputation through conferences and expert networks to turn visibility into partnerships and opportunities.
Partner with the leadership team to incubate NewCos by identifying high impact technologies and programs and providing end-to-end scientific support.
Work closely with CEO on the corporate development strategic goal
